Zoe-perry

Perry is the father to Laurie Metcalf (actor) and Jeff Perry, a director. She made her first appearances in television shows as Jackie Harris, a character that was played by her mother on the ABC sitcom Roseanne. Her parents, however, were not keen to let her pursue acting until she became an adult fearing the effect of stress. Perry acknowledged that she was not happy in school and began performing for way to get acquainted with new individuals while at Northwestern University after switching from Boston University. Perry following her graduation from Boston University, moved into New York in search of TV roles. The actress was offered small roles on shows such as Law & Order: Criminal Intent. But, her home-sickness drove her to California for theater roles. Perry's mother and I appeared on Broadway as a couple with her in The Other Place, in 2013. In 2015, Perry appeared alongside Kevin McKidd alongside her mother in Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize-winning drama Anna Christie. It is part of the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble is located in West Los Angeles. In the year 2016, Perry appeared on nine episodes on ABC's drama The Family. In 2017, she played a supporting role in the ABC political drama Scandal that starred her father. This year, she was chosen to portray a younger character of Mary Cooper (Sheldon Cooper's mother) on Young Sheldon, a spin-off of the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory again as a younger counterpart to her mother's role. The role was given to her by way of audition even though she was a cousin to the role.
