Sara Ramirez (born Sara Ramirez) is a Mexican American singer-songwriter and popular actress. In the following year she was made the lead character the character Dr. Callie Torres in ABC's Grey's Anatomy. This led to her becoming more famous. A well-known performer, she also has released songs and plays. Also, she's spoken out in support of LGBT concerns.
